1. Sample event is open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
2. All entries must have been received by 11:59PM on 17/03/2023.
3. To apply, just fill in the form above including telling us your name, email address and postal address and answer the questions. 
4. We cannot guarantee samples for everyone.
